Release on March 9, 2026

Version: 38.0.0 · Release

Areas Affected

Change Orders, Notifications, Activity Feed

Highlights

  • Change Orders have been redesigned with a refreshed layout and improved workflow to make managing and tracking changes easier.
  • Project Managers are now notified when a Change Order is created, and Admins and PMs are alerted when a Change Order is approved, rejected, or voided — both in-app and by email.
  • Activity on Change Orders is now tracked in the Activity Feed, including comments added to a Change Order.

What Changed

  • Change Orders have been refactored and redesigned with an updated interface. The Activity Feed now captures comments made on Change Orders. A filter for Change Orders has been added (fixing an existing issue with the previous filter). Notifications have been introduced: creating a Change Order will notify the Project Managers assigned to the project, and changing a Change Order's status to Approved, Rejected, or Void will notify both Admins and Project Managers via in-app and email notifications.
