Highlights

What Changed
- The Overview page now includes a Financial Management section with two new cards — Change Orders and Pay Applications — giving project teams a consolidated financial snapshot at a glance. - Fixed an issue where converting a bid to a project would fail if any bid sections contained no cost items. The conversion now handles those sections correctly and completes without error. (Ticket)
- Fixed an issue where certain emails were failing to process for AI-powered search and insights. Email content is now encoded correctly before being submitted, resolving the processing failures. (Ticket)

- Increased the maximum number of file attachments allowed on RFIs from the previous limit to 10 files, giving teams more flexibility when documenting requests for information. (PR)
