Release on March 14, 2026

Version: 39.0.0 · Release

Areas Affected

Finance, Overview, Procurement, Subcontracts, Notifications, Leveling, Budget, Proposals

Highlights

  • The Overview page now includes Change Orders and Pay Applications sections, with pie charts giving a quick visual summary of financial status.
  • The Finance Dashboard has been updated with new improvements and better responsiveness across different screen sizes.
  • Project Managers and Package Creators will now receive in-app and email notifications when project quote details are updated.

What Changed

  • Modals (pop-up dialogs) throughout the platform no longer close when a user accidentally clicks outside them. This prevents users from losing their work mid-flow by dismissing a modal unintentionally. (Ticket)
  • Fixed a bug where users could still delete attachments in read-only or disabled forms (for example, on a Change Order in read-only mode). Deletion is now correctly blocked when the attachment area is disabled. (Ticket)
  • Internal cleanup of outdated Change Order data from the system. No change in functionality — this improves system performance and removes legacy data that is no longer used. (Ticket)
  • Internal data update to modernize how Objectives are identified in the system. No visible change to users — this improves reliability and sets the foundation for future Objectives features. (Ticket)
  • Project quote activity is now tracked in the activity feed. The Project Manager and Package Creator on a project will receive both in-app and email notifications when quote details are updated, including when a subcontractor submits their quote. (Ticket)
  • The Finance Dashboard has been updated to version 1.1 with design refinements and improved responsiveness, ensuring the dashboard displays correctly across different screen sizes. (Ticket)
  • Fixed inconsistent cell spacing in the Leveling table. Padding is now consistent across columns, making the table easier to read and aligning it with the intended design. (Ticket)
  • The Overview page now includes a Financial Management section with cards for Change Orders and Pay Applications. Each card includes a pie chart for a quick visual snapshot, and the two columns scroll independently when content exceeds the screen. The layout is also responsive across screen sizes. (Ticket)
  • Fixed a visual bug where filter components across the platform were displaying a double border at the top. Filters now appear with a single, clean border as intended. (Ticket)
  • Fixed an issue where notification sends would silently fail if a recipient was not set for a workflow (such as submittal status changes). Notifications will now handle these cases gracefully without errors. (Ticket)
  • Fixed a bug in Subcontracts where the drawer that opens when editing an existing subcontract was incorrectly labeled 'Add Subcontract' instead of 'Edit Subcontract'. (Ticket)
  • Fixed an incorrect confirmation message in the Budget section. When exporting a budget as a CSV, the success notification now correctly says the file was exported, rather than uploaded. (Ticket)
