Highlights ​

  • Submittal distribution now lets users reuse saved distribution groups and pick contacts more easily when sending submittals.
  • The Action Items page has been redesigned and refreshed, and the Dashboard now shows updated outstanding statuses for RFIs and Submittals.
  • Notifications are no longer sent to users who are inactive or who no longer have access to a project, so people only hear about projects they can actually see.

  • Submittal distribution now supports reusing existing distribution groups and selecting individual contacts, making it faster to send submittals to the right people. (Ticket)

  • Company contacts can now be looked up directly in the platform, and searching users by name now works correctly when more than one name is entered. (Ticket)

  • ERP activity is now hidden by default for projects that aren't linked to a job. Also, when a QuickBooks Online connection has been rejected, it now correctly shows as expired instead of displaying a not-found error. (PR)
